Making DVD Menus...Help

Ok now that I have the right program to make the DVD what is the best program that is EASY TO USE AND UNDERSTAND for making DVD menus with the option of adding a sound file for background music on the menu(s) and easy to import into a VIDEO_TS folder.

Anyone?

Personally I like Tsunami DVD Author Pro (formerly TMPGEnc DVD Author) for creating simple menus with less space needed better, but since you have Nero Ultra with Nero Vision you can also use Nero. Otherwise, try others such as ShowBiz DVD, etc., for fancy menus & graphics!
