I don't know if this is a subject I'm supposed to bring up but I have questions, and I'm thinking if anyone would have the answers it might be someone who hangs around here.
Is there a new kind of spam-bot which has found a way to exploit a way to register it's way past image recognition in message board registration?
I remember hearing about that Funtklakow thing. Is there a new one? I'm specifically curious about that Nextel, Nokia stuff. I see it everywhere now. I know it's been around since 2005, but it seems to be so prevalent lately on so many boards I suspect a bot.
No one person could post all that stuff. Is it a bot, or is it multiple humans?
If it's a bot, how does it get past image recognition?
If there is an exploit, is there a way to block it?
