Slow Utorrent speeds

I have been having slow torrent speeds for the past 1-2 weeks with both Bittornado and Utorrent. I know I have all the ports forwarded correctly, and I am somewhat sure it isn't my ISP. My download doesnt seem to go above 25kb/s. I used to get 50-125kb/s with a good seeded file. Now, I am getting slow download even with a good seeded file. When I am downloading multiple torrents, the download never seems to go above 30 (all downloads combined).

I should be connecting to more seeders, but I am not...
I am not sure if my download is being limited. I don't know what that straight green line is.

Any help would be appreciated

I am thinking my download speed is limited....After I cancelled the other torrent, it wouldn't go above 30...

How do I change it? Under preferences, my download is set to unlimited.

Ill throw out the worst case scenario.. People who are seeding are people actually using Ratiomaster. But no one here will tell you specifically that this program causes damage to others :P

Other then that, turn on encryption and list your ISP.
