Hi Guys & Gals,

I have just reformatted my PC and am loading all my software back on. But I am having real problems installing either "BitTorrent-4.20.8" or "bitcomet_setup". I have Windows XP and after downloading these clients (from different servers) I get the following 'Windows Error Message'...

==================================

NSIS Error

The installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete.
This could be the result of a damaged disk, a failed download or a virus.

You may want to contact the author of this installer to obtain a new copy.

It may be possible to skip this check using the /NCRC command line switch
(NOT RECOMMENDED)

==================================

One of these clients I could understand, but both of them seems susbitious. I can install other programs just not BitTorrent Clients...Hhhhmmm.

Can anyone help?

Cheers. J

Try to see if there is an update for the Windows installer

note: BitComet is banned from many trackers that keep shareratio since it makes cheating easy

Try Azureus or uTorrent
