Cucusoft DVD to Ipod HELP!!

I just downloaded the Cucusoft DVD to Ipod Converter Suite. When I convert my DVD’s and then add them to my ITunes library and sync it with my IPOD the movies do not show up in my IPOD. I click and drag the movies from the ITunes library and I move them over to the correct folder and then click update Ipod. Help! Is there a step in this process that I am missing? Please can someone help me with this? Thanks so much.

I haven't use that software.I usually use winavi ipod video converter do that.And with winavi (http://www.winavi.com/dvd-to-iPod.htm),you can convert dvd to ipod directly,don't need itunes.

Thanks for your help! I actually figured out what the problem was last night. It was one simple step. I guess I am all set now.

Can anyone tell me how to remove the watermark of trail version in Cucusoft DVD to iPod Converter+Video Converter Suite , latest version like 6 and higher without buying !
