computer turns off

can any one help. every time i use any P2P programmes, such as limewire, bit tornado, emule etc after about 5 minutes of downloading my computer switches off and restarts. i have checked for spyware and ran my anti-virus but its nothing to do with them. cheers:icon_scra

Seems like it's a over heating issue, I had that problem recently and anytime the PC got over "active" it would just turn off. Also, tune it up as Hunter has guided.
