Removing password from XP

I have a buggered HD. It won't boot into safemode or normal windows. However, it will read as a slave drive, but it has passwords on all accounts, including the default admin. I only want the data, but I can't gain access to any folders.

Any advice on how I can remove the password without too much trouble?

Thanks, but the problem isn't recovering the password, it's removing it somehow. I already know the password, I just can't access the drive, unless it's a slave and then I am stuck because the password is not recognized from another drive.
