GTA:Vice City Released!

Sephiroth, This game will be easily available tomorrow. They are pimpin' this shit beyond any other game before, and they want the units to make it the hottest selling video game in history. This might be the first game to overshadow the box-office for the weekend (although Videogames cumulatively make more than the motion picture industry). I heard at one point they were saying they were going to release 3million copies on day one (I am pulling this number out of the deep recesses of my brain though--so doubt its veracity).

If they don't have it at Toys R Us, just check Target or some other chain Dept. Store. I also have found that EB gets the games in sooner than other places and will hold them if you want for a short time (at least in Seattle they come out faster, perhaps less distance to transport).

Although I loved GTAIII, I will wait for a while, better games are coming out soon (RE0, Metroid Prime). Also, Sephiroth, Cloud, Cid and Aeris are in Kingdom Hearts, if you care at all.

BTW, since you are named after the great dark one, have you seen that Square is making FFX part 2 instead of what the fans really want, FF7 pt 2. (I would have chosen your name if I had really thought about it and realized that I would be making more than one post, either Sephiroth or Strider).

Just went to best-buy and they had a whole pile of them on the shelf, best-buy RULES, and it was only $39 to boot. They even have new cd's for $10.99, there are your cheap cd you file-sharing bastards, LMAO (nvm, the cd's suck).

I like Kingdom Hearts A lot better :D But this game was one of the best! Final Fantasy X was my fav. GTA3 Was Definately last years game of the year but this is a little bit of an odd game:shy

I got my copy today woooo... Its a great game especially riding a motorcycle. Its huge too so its going to take me a while to explore the whole game which im cant complain. The story is alot better too. The missions are more challanging and some you have to think a little more to beat..

I cant wait to fly..

I got the game today and as luck would have it, i was the guy who got the last copy my local game stop had, :-D this game is awesome, i'm with you seph, riding the bike is the shit


i think this game is better than gta3 in some aspects and worse in others,

the missions are better, and to me, more fun

but there aren't ever-present extra missions as in gta3 (like stealing cars and taking them to the docks)

you cannot save cars for later use, but there is a plethora of great cars to drive around.

for the first few missions, you don't get good pay i think the first mission is only worth $100 and you can't get money for general mayhem, like blowing shit up and killing pedestrians for cash :-/

still a very cool game, that may get game of the year, i don't know, i don't normaly rate things like this, but this game would sure deserve it

FF7 part 2 is a MUST! It blow's all the ones after it away, hands down the best game for the PSX......it had this "feel" to it that was just tight as hell....8 seemed lame. Maybe the plot would be.....Aeries soul comes back an somehow gets transfered into clouds body then seph comes back an knocks her ass out of his body but since he was/is this all powerful psycho fuck he starts trying to control him (an shes on her own again an sort of guides him). Don't have any ideas past that....but that would be a good twist LOL maybe they can dress him up like a chick again.....HAHAHAHAHA

Alot of stuff isnt avaible at the beginning.. The car collecting wasnt even avaible in the beginning of GTA3 it might be in this game i dunno about any of the mini missions yet.. You can save cars but that comes later on when you buy a house.. The more real estate you own the more cars you can save.

Ive gotten money for beating up peds.. Remember its the 80s.. everything is adjusted for that time period so of course you wont make the same amount of money..

thanx seph i have gotten a little further in the game from the last time that i posted, and now i got $10,000 from the last mission and if i kill some gangsters, i can get some money

and i was disheartened when i bought something that was like a hotel or something, that didn't do anything but give me another save point :-/

but the strip club look promising and things are getting interesting.....
