Anyone know of any software that's good at shutting down a computer, and lock it till mornng?

The life of my kids depends on it.

Try Lock my PC. Or you could just change or add a password to the acconts.

Some older PC's actually have a key lock. It's kinda worthless without the key(s) though. Depending on how easy it is to access, you could also try yanking the main power cord and store it. Your BIOS battery will be fine. I think you can also do a power-on password. Don't know if there's one on XP as I haven't needed to do it.

Set up an admistrative account, with you only can log on to with a password. When they boot up, they have to click on your name and find out which password to imput.. Use something hard.
