hi
i have been told that ares is one of the best 2 use i have ried to download it and it says pick a mirror can any1 tell me which 1 to choose. i am new to all ths computer stuff so dont really know what im doing and dont want to do anything which im not supposed to.

Im guessing you are talking about sourceforge.net mirrors. In that case, pick the mirror of the place closest to you (though it dosent really matter which one you pick just a small increase in speed)...
