admimistrator password needed

hi....can anyone advise please...i cannot access windows on my pc...administrator password has been changed...i need to get into the system to enable bios set up to dissable password or change so i can use windows again...i am running on windows xp home edition...any help would be very much appreciated!!! thank you x
