This is quite a vague question.
What kind of a DVD do you want to burn? I'm presuming a Film Disc (DVD5).
Do you want to rip and shrink a DVD9 to a DVD5, or do you want to transcode an xvid / divx avi to a DVD5 disc?

DVD decryptor still works great at burning movies. RIPPING Movies to your hard drive, your gonna have to go with ANYDVD in conjunction with dvd decryptor. ANydvd runs in the background and removes all copy protections and lets you remove what you want to remove. Then once on the hard drive, you can compress it using any method you want, dvd shrink, dvd rebuilder.
