are there any fast programs that speed up your pc's speed to match 20meg broadband speed, or that can download 700.000 size files or movie files in miniutes???

There are plenty of programs to speed up browsing speeds in the likes of Internet Explorer (OnSpeed, Google Web Accelerator) but it is impossible to add more bandwidth to your connection with software. The only way to get a 700MB+ in minutes is with an actual 20MB connection.

Actually their was router hacks that would make your broadband higher,but NIC card can only handle 10megs downstream .. 10/100
