NEW YORK - Rock recluse Axl Rose made a surprise radio appearance to proclaim that Guns N' Roses 10-years-in-the-making "Chinese Democracy" album will finally hit store shelves this fall.
The comments Saturday on Eddie Trunk's syndicated radio show marked the first interview the painfully private Rose has given since his failed 2002 comeback tour, which was abruptly scrapped midway amid riots and canceled shows.
Roses impromptu appearance came when former Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach, who was co-hosting the show, called Rose's cell phone and patched the call through the studio.

Demos have been leaked on the net for a while now. Here are some.
The most complete collection of new 2006 leaked demo tracks and new material played live in concert. The Boston shows are from a soundboard source and House Of Blues tracks are not. "Oh My God" is on the "End Of Days" movie soundtrack, but will be featured on this long awaited album. "Better" is the FULL demo and not just the snippit that was released a few weeks ago.

I have seen this band twice. Once with Skid Row in Use your illusions tour, and the other time they played the rose bowl with Metallica, motorhead and andrew dice clay appeared to do a standup act as they changed the stage around.

Ok, Now is this the "Old GN'R"? I'm wondering since it was "10 Years in the making". I haven't really followed up on GN'R latley. I'd hate to say it, but if it's the so called "New GN'R", then it's gonna suck! The old school GN'R is my fav band of all time, but AXL needs to get his head out of his ass now and get together with the guys and do a reunion! Simple as that!
Plus, How can Axl even claim it to be "The New GN'R"? It would only be the "New GN'R" album if it was the original lineup! That's my 5 cents!
Like, the New Skid Row?!, seem them open once with that new frontman, and man does he suck trying to sing like Sebastion! It's just not the same without the original!

I admit.... Jr. high... I wore out 2 "Appetite for Destruction" tapes.
Yeah... tapes.
.. and then the other day I walked in and I heard my roomates blasting GnR from the basement. Oddly enough, I still knew all the lyrics.
I've learned that: the intervening years have not quashed my sickness of "Patience", "Paradise City", "Sweet Child O' Mine", or even "Welcome to the Jungle".
"Crazy", "Rocket Queen", and "Night Train", however, still make me rock out with my cock out. It's crazy.
The "Use Your Illusion" albums (some call them albums, I call them excessive masturbation) sucked so bad. I don't think I really want to hear the newer stuff.
I get up around seven... get out of bed around nine. I don't worry about nothin', no, 'cause worryin's a waste of my... time.

I've heard the live songs...they are disappointing. except madagascar which is ok, but would be better if done in a studio.
