So are you removing the software/programs section here?

o no, this is just a place to find p2p resources. Most of the members here will never go there, it's mainly just another site to our network.

I would honestly remove ratdvd from the list. Very few people use it or upload ratdvd movies. Most dont compress to rat dvd format. Divx/xvid is the compression people are using, takes less time. IF its for yourself or friends. Compressing it to 1400megs is very good. Decompression will bring it right back over 5 gigs if its over 2hours and 9 minutes. Scene standards are svcd/vcd/xvid/dvd5(3000)byte rate or over with dvd rebuilder.
No audio ripping programs suggestings to get your music on the p2p scene. Eact Audio Copier.

Now the filesharing stuff on there. Learn more links it back to zp. Obvious its to increase the users on zp, yet people like to learn about a program without having it jump to different sites. Gets annoying, they close it out, and click another p2p link. And get a link back here.
Five file sharing programs are listed. Do we need to send people back on kazaa with kazaa resurrection? Bearshare to? Bearshare says it all.. Share with MILLIONS of people.. Mostly people you dont want to broadcast your partials and shared files to. MPAA or RIAA anyone?
DCC hubs that are public can easily be shut down or get you in trouble. And it needs to be listed that private are invites only and require you to have so much in your shared folder to join.. 10-100 gigs.

Put security/spyware.. And tell people once a app is installed. Download these and use them. windows washer, reg mechanic.

Thanks for the input, but like i said, this project is still in beta. :)

Everything is always in beta.

If its not updated by the next release. We know that this project isnt as serious or the intentions arent as great.
Look how inciteful the doom9.org site is. Anyone can join a network to take something. But giving back suits everyones needs. If you can do it safely, as well as make yourself a back up of your DVD, cd in a lossy way. That be great!

This cant be true? http://itsync.tripod.com/download.htm Pay 10 dollars for license? How bout this software? http://www.badfruit.com/index.html Free too. If people can afford the things listed on here, they may as well buy the movie or cd.

Thanks shawners, but i assure you the next release when we go public will have some improvements and be ready to roll.

pita is basic clone of the software here at zp, to make p2p'in a bit more basic.
