http://www.putfile.com is the best free swf and avi host I've found. Give them a try!

You can upload swf files at Woochoochinchilla.com (http://www.woochoochinchilla.com). You can also upload videos, pics, short stories, and suggest jokes. All uploaded files have to be approved though and they can't have nudity. They are usually approved with in a day. Woochoochinchilla.com is an entertainment website so don't upload unless it's somewhat entertaining.
