take, for example, a big, multifile torrent well into its halflife.
Chances are some subfile(s) are complete amongst the peers. If temporarily,
say for 1 hour, all peers shared only the same subfile at a time ,
and not other subfiles, that particular subfile(s) could complete faster
for all peers. No seeds needed. Afterwitch the torrent returns to normal.
during that hour, subfile(s) could be completed quickly and watched, instead of waiting
for the whole torrent to finish.
is this sound?
