Dr Evil Film short

I need help and I know you guys are fairly resourceful so I come to you. First I gotta ask did anyone ever see this: A short film shown on the Sci Fi channel in the late 90's about Dr Evils early years. It was shown on a short lived series about independent short films. I can't even remember what this series was called. All I can remember is some of the jokes from the short film. Dr Evil was a good student who was always being run over by Austin Powers, I believe he went on to run a flower shop, He got his scar face when Robert and John Kennedy beat him up after they learned Dr Evil was seeing Marolin Monroe and It seems like they implied Dr evil was going to Kill them both. I can't remember much more , I was smoking pot back then.:drunken_s


Anyone see it? Anyone know where I can see it again? I've been searching high and low and can't find any evidence this short film was ever even made. IMDB has nothing on it either. HELP! It was way too funny to not be a classic.

I think Im going to order the DVD. I got a copy of "George Lucas In Love" but it wasnt the whole dvd. Hopefully I will be able to provide a link in a few weeks.
