I currently use Bitcomet since it supports NAT Traversal and PHE. I'm behind a firewall (that blocks all incoming ports), and use a local address, so these are a must. Somehow, however, I am able to connect to local peers, although the speeds are often slow (NAT Traversal is set to auto detect). I've read many guides on tweaking, but none on tweaking for NAT Traversal (and I see a lack of 'em)...
So on to my question(s); anyone know of a guide, or how NAT Traversal settings should differ from a normal config such as:
Enable DHT
Enable NAT/Firewall Connection in ICS/ICF
Enable UPnP
Remove Port On NAT/Firewall
And what exactly does reporting LAN IP to tracker do, or more importantly, will it speed up my downloads?
BTW my DL speed is 6272kbps and my UL speed is 1548kbps.
Thanks for any help.
