Hello, everyone. I have a situation here. I uninstalled WinMX 2.6, then I installed 3.1 (just to be "clean"). WinMX 3.1 then went ahead and put, "INCOMPLETE" infront of EVERY incomplete file that I had from WinMX 2.6 (GOOD). However, I cannot autocomplete them in WinMX 3.1 (BAD). Is it because of the uninstalling and installing that I did? Well, if it is then I have a another and final question: If WinMX could detect my 2.6 incomplete files (and change their names by itself), then why can I NOT RESUME THEM IN 3.1? Thank you for your time, and assistance. Good-bye.

I had the same problem, but I didn't uninstall 2.6 before downloading 3.1. I deleted all my incompletes. Good luck.

DUDES !!!
To resume ANY file from ANY source (even an ICQ download), just right click on the file you are about to download instead of double clicking it.
Then choose "manually download" in 3.1 or "resume from" in 2.6
Then you can browse for the file you want to resume, and you can resume it even if the user is sharing it with a completely different filename.
SPREAD THE WORD !!!!!!!!!

...for posting right before I gave up, and deleted all of my incompletes. I appreciate it. Why didn't WinMX give out an updated faq? Jeez.
