While torrenting things, they start out fast- Very fast.
But if I come back in a few hours I see that the DL speed ranges from 12bps-985bps, while the upload speed is 50-73.2Kbps.

Yes, I have port forwarded, optimized my settings, and stopped all other internet-using programs- No dice,

Help please?

Did you check for 4226 errors?

That upload speed sounds a bit high to me

How many seeders are you CONNECTED to when the files are slow?

Okay, I think a 4226 error is a connection limiting problem- And no, my connection doesn't get limited.

Now' I'm connected to 5 seeds (Appears like this: 0(5)), and 775 peers(89(775)).

with a 1/125 seed/leech ratio, that sounds normal
when you started out 780 people had parts you needed, and the fast sources gave the fast speeds until they gave all they had, now you're waithing for 5 people to distribute to 775 that need the same parts you need

While that gave me relief, the [Time Left: Infinity] bar still disconcerns me. :P
Now, I also noticed that many of my peers are stuck at 91.1% as well, that's bad, right?

personally i would stop it for 24 hours, and when you restart it, if everyone is still stuck at 91.1% then that would be a bad sign, i would maybe pause it for another 24 hours, and if everyone is STILL at 91.1 i would give up, unless it was someting i really needed, then i might wait another 24-36 hours and see if any progess happens
