I just purchased Terminator 2 Extreme edition DVD. The problem lies with The high definition disc encoded in WMP 9, it simply will not play on my PC; I have wmp 10 series (which should not be a problem) A powerful computer with monster graphics cards, it goes through all the motions of playing (I HATE interactual player, but is required for this movie) I updated the player, downloaded the specific codecs, acquired my damned license, and it just fucking hangs when I try to play it. I would really love to see some Cyborg action in 1920x1080 but because of all the security bullshit it is giving me a headache.

I am about to attempt a decryption on this thing, or revert back to WMP 9.

Any suggestions, anyone else have an issue similar to this that could offer some advice?

Hoping I get it to work before anyone replies, either way my request still stands.

Just a shot in the dark, could your firewall be causing a problem with the DRM?
