after reading the posts about how to get kazaalite to work with socks2http i downloaded the latest version but i have no clue on how to use it. i have the unregistered version. when i click on it to start it just reminds me that this is the 15 day trial then i have to click on the bottom right corner and click on launch socksified, then i put in the kazaa file under "executable file name" and leave the thing under that blank and click on ok, but nothing happens. what do i need to do? i dont know how to configure it either. i also need to find the readme file.

There are new problems with these solutions though..
With the amount of exposure they've had in the last 6 months, especially on places like ZP.. The services have become congested, college admins have become wise to tunelling and use increasingly smarter programs (Packeteer, etc.) to block networks and tunelling attempts at protocol level and not just port level.
Everybody wants to use these services for free... and although I hate AdWare.. it seems something like that (as nasty as it is) is needed to pay for the increasing bandwidth demand from tunelling-service freeloaders!!!
ultimately though.. you wanted one answer.. help with socks2http...
