I found the link, embedded into one of the FAQ. It used to be on our little panel but the ZP Gallery took over it.

Kyle is a good guy that for reasons couldnt make it here a lot for a while through no fault of his own. Give him his news mod status back. Megaman has been here through thick and thin. Put him the hell back where he belongs. We want and need some consistancy here. You want members that show up day after day, just do a followup to our posts.
