problem with a file ...help

I have this bar coming up on my computer...it is causing me trouble with screensaver and I am afraid it is going to burn my monitor up..It is just a bar that I can close . I can't see any page or anything ...don't know what it is linked to....But it keeps my screensaver from working As soon as I close it may be a few minutes and it is right back ...the name says Imagination x ..does anyone know how I can get rid of it. I have run spyware , registry cleaner and also looked through my registry to see if I can see anything linked to it ...please help...thanks

when I try and bring up internet options from my browser , will not let me connect that way..I have to go through the control panel. I believe I am missing a file , says, " this operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator. Why or How did this happen? ..anyone have any idea as to How I can get this back. Thanks

thanks Can't find it there...I don't think it is a screensaver..I'm just saying that it interferes with my screensaver , but thanks
