i got a i830 motorola i got a usb cable and it came with iden software but i got myjal apollo for ringtones

You usually need to install the motorolla drivers before you can use software such as Moto PST, mobile phone tools, etc...., Its funny too, cause it usually detects ONE phone as like 3 or four different devices.
