The family of a Brazilian man shot dead after being mistaken for a terrorist are "shocked" that his killing is to be reportedly mirrored in the plot of the next James Bond blockbuster
Jean Charles de Menezes, 27, was killed in a police operation at Stockwell Underground station in London last July.
His relatives, who live in Brazil, are said to be "shocked" that his death could be "glamorised" by the new 007 film, Casino Royale, out later this year.
According to reports, a leaked script reveals that Bond kills an unarmed bomb suspect, only to find it was the wrong man.

they can piss off, it sounds like a way better than normal plot for 007. I wouldn't be surprised if the new one turns out to be like goldeneye in that it re-invents itself from embarassment [Goldeneye did so from the almost voidless Dalton stints and the camp of Roger Moore]. Die Another Day had a pretty cool opening in how bond gets captured as a POW, but the rest of it just blew. the world is not enough was just kinda standard & lame, and tommarow never dies was okay. They should probably switch off a Bond every 2 movies instead of like 4 ,5 or 6, would keep it interesting.

I agree, the beggining of die another day was awesome but the rest sucked.

It is more likely than not that this is a coincidence, considering the length of time so many movies spend in pre-production and the fact that they started filming less than six months after the shooting.

wow I like how they take a really vauge plot line and say it MUST be about their kid or family member.
How many movies have had the cop who had the unfortunate accident of capping someone they thought had something.

I'm shocked that they will release a new bond. This movie may not even bust a 100 mil mark.

So does this mirror the plot of the first "unofficial" Bond film, Casino Royale at all?
