I recently bought a new PC, and installed Windows XP Sp2. Not a single P2p application has worked for me since then. Kazaa Lite, Emule, Kceasy, KLR...all of them hang up. I've already patched the system to disable the 10 TCP connection limit and no difference. Disabeled Zone alarm, no difference. Here's what happens:

I click on KLR, the program starts fine. Starts downloading. but after about 5-10 minutes it hangs up the whole system. Then it stays like that for another 5-10 minutes before coming back to life. I dont know its really weird. Can anyone please help me out on this? I can't use any of the P2Ps at all.

I have an AMD X2 4200 with Win XP Pro. SP2

Pls Help. Thanx a lot.

Some other things you should consider:

Are you using a router? that will affect things.
You may want to check the windows firewall. You may have to make an adjustment.
Check the archives here. There are many topics (and solutions) on your problem.
