shareaza and proxy server?

Hello everyone

I am an administrator of the network and new to the job. I am running ISA server as proxy server and windows 2003 server. There is DSL modem with static IP. the shareaza at the server connects after i opened a port number 3000 for both inbound and outbound but shareaza on the clients machine are not connecting.
plz. help me soon the late i am the bad effect it has on my job.

The default port for Shareaza is 6346. Try testing your current port here - http://jlh.no-ip.org/connectiontest/

i have checked it but for tcp it say request time out and for UDP it say No answer has been received from your client.

Any more suggestion? on ther server it connects on port 3000 which i opened.
