Acquisition software problem

I downloaded (and paid) for aquisition software, but it is not opening on my computer. The icon is there, but nothing is happening. What's wrong? There are no instructions.

A. Never, ever pay for p2p. Ever. Seriously, there are so many good, free apps out there that there's no need to pay for it - not to mention, if you're going to pay for p2p, you might as well pay for the content instead of downloading it.
