After defragmenting my hd using PerfectDisk all of my downloads dissapeared from the uTorrent's quene. Is there a way to the files back there so that I can continue downloading/seeding?

If you lost your file(s), try EasyRecovery or Recover My Files programs before the disk space is written over by other files, so do it fast!

it probably wasn't perfect disk, the chances of a disk defragmenter damaging only one thing are very low, either it would have eaten your whole hard drive, a bunch of files, or none at all.

What files determine whats in your uTorrent quene? The .torrent files are still in the Application Data folder so it cant be that... And the unfinished files are in my uTorrent downloads directory so it cant be that either.

I vaguely remember people mentioning similar problems in the past. On occasion for some reason I cant remember it reads incomplete files as fragmented or something to that effect and it messes up the file. My memory could be messing with me but im fairly sure I read something along those lines in the past.

If your files are still in uTorrent directories, you can force it to re-hash incomplete torrent.

Why the hell would you defrag your hard drive when you got incoming data?? Should of shuted down or completed it, then do that. All the info is coming in and saving at one part, then defraging moves it to another part and groups it together.. Load the torrent files you have, and start it in the directory you were downloading, should hash check and resume.

Who said I was downloading while defragmenting? I was not downloading while I was defragmenting.

I could also think of a situation, that defrag. was on a automatic schedule to do so late at night. In this case, no one was awake to shut down the program before defrag. starts!
Personally, I like to do my computer maintenance while I'm awake!

You were too.. You should of finished it up and shuted down, then defrag. INstead of leaveing it uncomplete.
Do you also install every app with alot of other programs running?

Within uTorrent, right click on that torrent file.

If thats how it was, wouldnt only the unfinished downloads dissapear instead of everything, finished and unfinished?
