Alito is really a bad choice for all but republican politicians, based on his history! :(

That God...Specter is a complete douchebag, but at least the moderate is voting Alito in...That whole "bored" look that Alito used during the committee apparently worked...The court is moving MUCH more to the right now...Say goodbye to the liberal agenda Roe vs. Wade...YEAH!!!

Well,I dont know about the whole liber agenda, but one could argue about Roe vs Wade fits into the the farmers of the constitution's intent in the first place, and how the high court came to their decision in Roe v Wade in the first place. Because its definitely f'd up, as they give u a choice to abort a pregnancy, but not wheteher you can smoke in a bar, smoke pot, drink alcohol at age 18(even though I can take abullet in IRAQ at 18 cant drink a beer), so its like they give u randome choices about what kind of control u have over your own body. F the govt, REP and DEM, they're both the same jerks.

Who cares about abortion? Why are we involved in it at all? The question is, what would Justice Alito do for freedom of speech, expression, and defending us from the injustice of intellectual property rights? At least, that's the question we should be asking here. All our beloved senators did was ask about stupid stuff like abortion, and how much he's going to wag his tail for Bush and stuff.
