Every wonder why the word RAR is in WinRAR? Use the program again to extract the contents of the RAR files. Open the first one and extract it toyour desired location, the 40 RAR files are all the same archive, just split up for the downloading.

It's an image file (A file archive that contains the contents of a CD) You can either burn it to a CD or mount it on a virtual drive.
I suggest using Alcohol 120% or Daemon Tools...

A bin/cue file is the typical file that you get when downloading films and/or applications. It's basically an image of the original CD, but in a films case it's simply an image of the AVI/DivX/XviD.

Ugh... When I first started getting into downloading of bigger files that really pissed me off. Often times you'd have to go through 3+ conversions to get something useful. This is a prime example. Is there really any benefit to TARing a set of already RARed files?

If you tar 40 rar files, it's like gluing them together to make one file. Rar does the compression so you don't have to download as much. Yes you could make one giant rar file too but then it wouldn't fit in the newsgroup headers :)
