They also have a gamecube version, its not only on ps2. Gamecube's version actually looks better. Why not just go out and buy a gamecube and re4 probably only cost you about 100$

To my knowlege its currently not being produced for xbox. If you need some spare cash you could always get a paper route, that what I did when I was your age.

To my knowledge, no RE title has been made for X-box.

While the graphics may be slightly better on the GC, the PS2 experience offers more in the way of gameplay and the graphics are not disappointing.

Even if you emulated, the quality would not beat the PS2, nor the GC for that matter.

If you want to play RE4... get a cube. The ps2 version of Leon has as many sprites as a zombie in the cube version. There is some trickery in the ps2 version to make it look similar, but it is not the same quality..

The ps2 version does have an optional sidequest, but the ps2 is all grayish and washed-out (just a guess from other experiences, and I do have a ps2 as well).

Get a cube... play the game. It is fucking awesome.

This really doesn't mean much. Did you bother looking at the PS2 review?

While Gamespot gave it a lower number, the general populace thinks it's just as good.

That actually wouldnt be too hard, you just need a bigger tray or smaller bread. Im sure it wouldnt be that hard of a mod it just probably wouldnt play dvd anymore.

Sure you could make it do both but you would have to worry about thecrumbs messing up the mechanics and the heat melting stuff. You would need a large metal tray with a slot for cd's or dvd's then a slot for bread. On the inside you need a heat isolated toating surface that only radiated heat on the concentrated area somehow avoiding the lazer and motor for reading dvd's. I guess you could build a custom cassing and make the motor and lazer slide in and out and control this with an exterior button. Quite frankly I think a vcr or beta is more suited for this job.
