Monsters (still have not found this one out yet) http://www.retrojunk.com/details_tvshows/511-monsters/

I know Sci-Fi channel use to play Tales from the Dark Side re-runs about 10 or 15 years ago. I loved that show, I thought it had much more disturbing stories than tales from the crypt ever had.
I wish there were just a Horror channel that showed nothing but scary shows and movies. Hell they have one for romance and westerns, so I don't see why not.

There is a horror channel and I think its owned by the Sci Fi channel as well. I can't get it here either.
I wish Tales from the Darkside was released on DVD but it can only be found on VHS. There are a few sites selling bootleg DVD's

El Vira did do a couple horror shows, but mostly narated and was there before and after coming back from commercials.. She had alot of weird stuff on that defines logic. I cant remember some of the stories or plots, but it was really gruesome at that time =)

Did you happen to catch SciFi at all on New Year's Eve? They aired Twilight Zone episodes all day long!!!! I think they do this every year.

I listed Night Gallery up top, always was a weird show, Ive got a few of those to watch. I don't remember Freddy's nightmares, I'll have to look into that one. Was it any good?
I have seen some of the Masters series but not all. So far its been pretty good. The gore effects have been top notch. I only wish the Crypt was brought back from the dead, at least some specials or something

They didn't get much "critical" acclaim, but most horror fans love anything horror:

I do now vaguely recall this show. Never got into it. I bet it will be hard as hell to find.
I just got the new twilight Zone episode "The Once and Future King". This show is really kick ass!
"Gary Pitkin, an Elvis impersonator, is serious about his job. He's in it for the music, but even his agent, Sandra, doesn't take him seriously. She actually met Elvis at a Las Vegas concert when she was 18 and Elvis was close to his death; he picked her out of a crowd and talked to her for hours. About his paranoia, and how he was sure someone was after him, in his dreams.
Sandra has booked Gary into a Las Vegas hotel lounge, but Gary doesn't want to go anywhere near Las Vegas. It killed Elvis. He quits and gets in his car, but where he's going isn't clear. On the road, Gary's car is hit by a drunk driver, and it turns over. When Gary wakes up, he's okay but the car is totaled. He starts walking, carrying his guitar, and is offered a ride in an old pickup. But the driver looks just like Elvis! Gary gets in, and picks up a paper off the floor. The date is July 2, 1954. Gary realizes that he's gone back in time and ended up with the real Elvis.
Elvis takes Gary to the electrician's company where he works, and the boss yells at him for taking a hitchhiker. But, he'll let it go this time, seeing as how it's his brother. Elvis looks at Gary and says, "I don't have a brother," and Gary just smiles. Gary tells Elvis that he can help him. And Elvis becomes convinced that Gary is his dead twin brother, Jesse. The next day, Gary meets Elvis at the electrician's office, where he's going to help him get ready for his audition with Sam Phillips. Elvis sings a slow song, but Gary tells him he's the king of rock and roll, and he has to grab them. Gary sings "That's All Right, Mama," and Elvis says he's not going to sing a trashy song. They argue, and Gary calls Elvis a "dumb son of a bitch." Elvis turns on him for calling his mama that name, and says that "You ain't my brother, and you ain't no friend of mine." Now they get into a real fistfight, and during the scuffle Elvis is accidentally killed. Gary buries Elvis secretly, and during the process he decides to take Elvis' place and live Elvis' life just as he remembers it. He changes clothes with the dead Elvis.
The next day Gary goes into Sam Phillip's place and cuts the record that launched Elvis on the rock and roll scene. Cut to Sandra's meeting with Elvis when she was 18, which we now know was not quite so random as she thought. Gary-as-Elvis tells her the whole story, and she thinks he's crazy but she adores him just the same. He gives her a scarf, and she runs out. We see Gary, living the life that he made for the dead Elvis, getting ready to put on the white Vegas jumpsuit of death. Gary knows the end is near for Elvis, but he's still determined to live Elvis' life as he remembers it, even though he'll die young, just like the real Elvis did."

Ho-tep was not as funny as you might think. The movie was crude but interesting. Real issues were explored in the story. Loss, regret, and loss of function. Even MGM picked up the movie. Perhaps they wanted rights for the sequel. Ho-tep has one of the better soundtracks.
I can see it now:
Bubba-HoTep 2: Elvis Returns (as Ash in an Elvis costume. First few lines of the movie, "Oh my god, what has happened?" and "Hail to the king, baby." Followed by "groovy".)

Being a vampire cop, he of course had to work the night shift as was the case on the few episodes of the show that I watched.
What I want to know is how in the hell he was ever going to make the court trials he had to attend for all the cases he worked?:icon_scra
I know some one will say he went to "NIght Court" (The TV sereis).

I used to watch it when I could, but I was like 10 when it was on TV. I remember the fact he was a vampire was his "big secret," and that he had some doctor friend trying to find a cure for him.
The only thing I remember about the cure process is sunlight causing his blood samples to burst into flame.

yeah, it was borderline cheesy but i liked it. the guy who played his nemesis in the show now does these embarassingly awful commercials for eastlink cable.
