i use winmx for high bit rate music and music videos plus apps every now and then - the donkey for games software and movies.

Not the fastest in getting your files but you can ensure theyre good quality and arnt fake/work :P
nut outta that selcetion i would pick winmx/k-lite

I use Kazaalite/WinMX....they are the biggest networks and you can find ANYTHING with the two of them combined, through in a Gnutella and you have everything you need:cross

Well, I had to choose KazaaLite & Blubster from choices given to vote. But that's not the absolute truth as my case :

1. Kazaa Lite for MP3's (I don't have Hi-Fi ears and nerves to be qued for hours with WinMX to get better audio...Sometimes videos but very rarely!

2. BearShare & Blubster for filez

3. eDonkey, OverNet, eMule for Filez not found at Gnutella.

4. The Bridge for rare music and giving it a try as a new welcome net. Hoping that it's 15-25 users count will grow up soon. It is soooo nice GUI with own folders for diff.stuff and much good links AND no ADSPY's. Please DL it - CU there ;-)

Peace and Happy p2p (and I hope I never ever anymore by accident get anyone angry - see the "Porn-Poll-Case"

1. SoulSeek, for MP3īs (especially rare stuff and Electronic Music).
2. KaZaA 2.0, for games, apps and more mainstream music.
3. Shareaza, cuz itīs a beautifully made program (Iīm not talking about the GUI, but the way itīs programmed) and I love the idea behind Gnutella. Itīs a backup.
4. XS... just trying it out, and itīs gonna rule when itīs finished!

Just having no need to uninstall those my little pets ;-)

But. I now have "The Bridge", "MediaSeek.Pl" and "Project xs Hub / Client".
Especially the last one is becoming excellent app / net. Still being as alpha it for me works almost as 1.00, with a few RTE's.
Those three are worth to try, so peeps : give them Your try too and be welcome to join new evolving nets.
These new ones dont have one bad thing : They do not have to be backwards compatible with old servers, protocols etc.
The "old" nets have to keep all "customers" satisfied and as a result, they are not giving us much new. They evolve more slowly and new releases are often "Buggy WinkdowsKillers"...

Peace and Happy P2P (and feel free to test all new goodies)

well Ive found this to be a winning combo, you start with opening Kazaa, search and start download of disney Classics or the like, you then open a large patent-corked bottle of cold Grolsch pilsner..after finishing it you proceed in more or less rapid succesion with Old Speckled Hen, then Gold Tuborg/Tuborg Export, then Hancock Dark Gambrinus, then the blue Chimay till your hat floats..and when you wake up you roll up a blanket around you and go watch The Junglebook or whatever the fuck..lmao

ps: beware of your leather boots! Ive found that excessive wear can develop some kinda negative reaction, like an allergy, towards leather..See, Ive noticed that everytime I wake up and Ive forgotten to get my boots off I have this damned headache..must be the leather..or the shoeshine..I dunno..
