Music legend Bob Dylan is to present a weekly radio show in the US, the first time he has hosted a radio show.

The 64-year-old's hour-long show will air from next March on the Deep Tracks Channel, part of the XM satellite radio service in the US.

"A lot of my own songs have been played on the radio, but this is the first time I've ever been on the other side of the mic," said Dylan.

ZM is a subscription-only digital radio network with more than 160 channels.

The network said Bob Dylan's show would feature "an eclectic mix of music hand-selected by Dylan".

Too bad. You could probably get on Sirius, though.

(If you took your top off on stern's show.)
