3.3 uploading slower than Molassis

I am stuck uploading at 1.2-3.0 K/s

Its use to work? i bandwith is not capped now is winmx's speed ?

reinstall maybe?

this is weird... the upload speed starts at 6.0 kb/s then slows to a 56k upload crawl :mellow

again im on a uncaped cable connection.

no matter who i upload too its slow as hell. I tryed letting like 30 people DL from me. and no one was faster than .06 :goodjob
