When i'm running the program it is downloading 0.xx kb/s but i have no files queued. I am looking at the statistics section/tab of the program and it is reporting for "Total Downloaded" is increasing 0.xx kb/s at a time. What's going on? Is this normaL? And how can I stop it from "ghost-downloading"? I have DHT DISABLED at the moment.

I guess you turned off DHT too late. If youre a member of a private site you may need to reset your password or something before you get banned.
