I've been unable to find the answer to my problem. Sorry if it's been asked before. When I try the Shareaza help site, I get "cannot find URL". I'm a newbie to Shareaza. I'm having a problem opening the zip,exe,rar files despite trying numerous types software. I actually can get the file to the setup.exe point but that's where it stops. I don't have a problem with the setup.exe for any other files, only those from Shareaza. I unistalled an anti-virus program called Solo anti-virus thinking that might be the cause but it wasn't. I cleared the fire wall for Shareaza and I have AVG anti-virus running. I'm running XP SP2. I sure would like to have this cleared up. It's a lot quicker to be able to download this way.
