Am i not getting reward for my uploading?

In azureus my light is green, tracker status says OK. sometimes saying connection error.
But i still only download at like 5KBs, sometimes only for a moment going up to like 14KBs.
I read that sometimes certain connections dont record credit for uploads, they go unnoticed. SO its as if i am not uploading, therefore my downloads go slow.

I just got an error, saying WARNING: if you have a router/firewall, please check that you have port 16881 UDP open. I have port forwarded that port.

Could there be some kind of firewall in my router that i need to disable, or do something else?

How can i fix this?

Its, working now, i just called up my modem provider and followed their instuctions on how to competely disable NAT and it worked whoohoo, i am getting speeds of up to 45KBs MUCH BETTER
