Actually I am a bit selective. No immediate blood relatives, nobody with hooters that can smother me. Nobody that when wearing a thong, it hides itself.

The Hunter
November 16th, 2005, 07:44 PM
Shes very good with a bow, and a gun. She also aint bad in a bathing suit. Just my opinion. I also have to take a pic to show to tater to show that splitting an arrow is possible.

November 16th, 2005, 07:46 PM
very nice, hunter. i wasn't casting any slurs- just wasn't sure if you were getting yourself into trouble or not. btw, can i have a copy of the split arrow pic too? something i'll never be able to do :)
The Hunter
November 16th, 2005, 07:54 PM
Ok the brown arrows are from the wifes bow at 20 yards, and the top 2 are from my long bow.

The Hunter

I think you remember the conversation about splitting arrows, and to actually split an arrow is pretty much impossible using modern arrows. The term splitting came about when arrows were made of wood, and some still are, but they are not commonly used, as most people do not know how to buy/make or gauge them. splitting them is actually much easier due to the grain in the wood. Sticking one arrow inside the other is the modern version of the term.

i'd still have to be able to hit the broad side of a barn first :)
The Hunter
November 16th, 2005, 08:11 PM
Its quite simple actually. If I can teach a friend with MS enough to pass the bow hunting course in a few evenings, you are a cinch. PS that included him passing a shooting test that ment he had to hit 3 out of 5 arrows in a 12 inch pie plate at 20 yards. It took 3 shots, and he passed the shooting part.

Actually she is good enough for me.
When I clicked it I was expecting a joke picture like a pic of oprah in a bathing suit or maybe tubgirl. Or goatse. Heh.
Working in a gun shop is pretty cool looking. If you need any help on the site or want some advice on layout I'd help and I'm sure other zp'ers wouldn't mind giving you tips too.

I wish I could hunt. I have been really hungry for some venison. To bad I'm in chicago, where I got busted for just playing paintball.
You wana sell some Hunter? :-)

For bass cheese and bubblegum work great. Due to my neve damage in my hand the betterhalf now does the fly tieing. If you fly fish try making deer hair beetles in more than just black. deer hair is hollow, and floats great. Red, and green work great for me on a 5 weight rod.

thanks for the offers folks, and the requests for meat also. LOL
The wife got a nice buck with her bow, and as we had problems with people being sick at the store, and me having a short amount of time to hunt, I had to use the old 30/30 , but my hunt only lasted 1 1/2 hours before i got my deer. PS just so you know the wife is not vane, but has a great since of humor. Shes kind of like Popeye. i am what I am.
