If i replace the bitmaps, it doesn't work. 2nd im tryin to make a Kazaa Hack ne1 out there that can help me. If you have vb.net i have a code that would make a hack. Thanks, all help is appreciated.

I also figured out a way to remove the altnet icons(thanks to www.k-lite.tk) and i hope it works. I changed Everything to Kazaa Lite. Even the setup for a new user name. EVERYTHING. The Motto or slogan is "The Real Lite". I made a cool splash screen that instead of the green Kazaa logo, it is the blue Kazaa Lite logo. I think it looks pretty cool. Ill attach it to this post.:fire :hole

Seriously your attitude is not appreciated, if you don't like Zeropaid then please do us all a favor and kindly never fucking come back.
If you think that by coming here and doing this is making you cool for UTC, then you are worse then what you "think" ZP is.
Nice ice breaker, now you have made some real friends (*cough* I'm being sarcastic *cough*).

hehe.... this is funny. anyhoo... to be blaitantly honest, i think think youve blown this kazaa lite supreme thing out of perportion and its most likely making your head as big as a house. no offense, but this isnt a worth while tool. peeps are making full fleged p2p programs that brag up less than you. for example, nothingface and xs client, and holy liason and swapciety. make somthing like those, then you will have a reason to brag. i bet your not even coding anything. changing text is not the feat of the century. im sorry to be so rude, but someone has to put you in your place.

not the innovation that making a brand new fsp would be, but still lennox is doing his best and learning as he goes along... I am willing to bet that he is a young guy, interested in computers, and questioning that interest as a result of people poking fun at him and shooting down his efforts at every turn. and frankly, I think thats bullshit (no irony there, Im just calling it how Isee it)
so instead of criticizing, insulting, and making sarcastic comments, why not say something a bit more constructive? kevo_tool is obviously a tool, it says so right in his name.... but the rest of you, and especially those who are capable of offering him guidance or pointers, should be ashamed of yourselves for making fun of someone who is trying there best to self educate themselves in the workings of programming, and file sharing applications specifically.
now, I do believe he is going about doing this the wrong way, but you have to start somewhere... all you older programmers out there know that and had to start somewhere as well. and where might you all be today if, when you asked for advice or help when first getting started, you were consistently shot down? if you ask me, the way most everyone here is treating lennox is bullshit. he's trying, give him fucking credit for that.
edit: yeah, you have blown this out of proportion lennox, this is more of a personal project for you than anyone else. but far be it from me to insult you for your enthusiasm and dedication to learning. keep on keeping on, and one day I hope to see a real program, coded and designed by you. and then you can make these fools eat the humble pie.

yr right, young programmers should be encouraged and supported. however, they should also grow thick platings of emotional armor, because online communities and other programmers can be kind of rough-and-tumble. Like Will I got a chuckle out of the fact that our young friend here totally missed the irony in Meth's little post. And like it or not, Kevo had a point: Learn to program, and bring us some innovation, before wasting our time with self-serving announcements.
end of sermon.

I also agree with you whiff, but he is just overly enthusiastic and I cant fault him for that, its likely his first time doing this kind of thing and he wants to show it off. however, I do think that it does not deserve the amount of forum space it gets... but whatever. on another note, ask lennox what irony is, he may not have learned about it yet.
thick skin is a neccesity, no doubt- but encouragement is good too. And if he manages not to get discouraged here, who knows what he may innovate somewhere down the road in the future?

wonderboy.. NF's not the developer. He is a VERY important part of the group working on that project and has been with it pretty much since the begging tho... and with his kindness in mentioning it in his signature.. I can understand the confusion!
The real developer is just some limey freak tho!!!
and gorphon.. I feel sorry for Lennox too.. been there myself, except I didn't make a song and dance about res/hex-edited stuff. Instead, I learnt assembly at 13 (and it wasn't easy!!) and ended up doing some cracks and trainers for some well know groups. Lennox, don't give up.. but, with your blatant interest in technology, you really could do with learning to code, even if it's just VB to start. You also don't seem to flame back at people to quickly, which is good, you'll need a lot of patience and tolerance if you're into becoming a developer. As for the insults.. well.. just take any constuctive criticism you can from them and just ignore the venom.
You'll also find that some developers will make their code perform a checksum check on the programs executable and relevant dependancies.. If KaZaA had done this a while back, the lite versions that are knocking around, would have taken a LOT more effort and probably some serious cracking, live-debugging, etc.. Res-editing is only so good.. I'm suprised KaZaA's developers didn't even secure this!!! - Anyway.. good luck.. and Gorphon.. i didn't post that first post to be cruel.. it was just amusing. i guessed lennox might be young!! ;)
peace!!

...it seems Meth beat me to it...I was gonna make the same correction he did. NF is one of the XS testers. Method is itīs developper.
And a brilliant job heīs doing, too! I havenīt had the time to use it in the last 2 days, so Iīm looking forward to see what new developments have come up...
Ok, I can stop kissing ass now...
@lennox : Iīm sure you tried hard and did your best, but, right now, I donīt think this is what the P2P community needs right now...and you wouldnīt get as much flaming if you didnīt blow your own horn as much as you do...if you, at least, had good reasons for it...

And well bumped it was, by our own CJ. Sometimes we all need reminders where we come from, and the people that brought us here. As well as the friends we made along the way.
