I did go there, and i could not find where to download WinMX version 3.1 , i only find WinMX version 2.6 download. Can you be specific . Thanks

Clear your cache. There's a massive link saying "WINMX 3.1 NOW AVAILABLE" right on the top of the page... That leads you to 5 valid mirrors, so I don't know where you're looking.
