Well, I always thought they had a middle eastern accent. If I make a noob comment, that's how I hear myself :icon_cycl

EDIT: not enough options for a good poll. Don't complain if I left your option out :P

I think they have the little whiney 12 year old voice.

CRLocky
October 26th, 2005, 10:40 PM
I always give them a teenage, punk-ish, lazy-ass slow voice. Insinuating that they don't know how to reach the answer they're looking for because they are too lazy to try.

I hear some whiny emo-ish moron.

I also don't think it's qutie fair (or right) to say a noob sounds like they're from a certain culture, which in all reality has little or nothing to do with their intelligence or knowledge of things most of us tend to consider 'common knowledge.'

Excrement_Cranium

though, there seem to be quite a few noobs that type waaaaay to proper english to be american.

black_magiic

I'd agree. It shouldn't really be based on an accent like that. I don't quite get the "east indian" noob thing. Just seems really weird in my mind.

Well there is no such thing as a British accent; someone from Scotland sounds totally different to a cockney.

Personally I think a newb always sounds like a pathetic, weasely, whining, Southern Englishman; someone who just oozes anglo inferiority; a small, scrawny, bespectacled Charles hawtrey type dork in a pin stripe suit; someone like malicious intent, for example.

man people are so anal about spelling.

Hey, Thats Mr. Newbie to you!!
Btw spelling doesnt make you a newb you idiot. You rant about what makes a newbie when you just signed up a few months ago. Sure it makes my argument looks stupid that I had a spelling error but it doesnt make me a newbie. If your gonna counter a burn do a better job next time alright. What you said is like saying my dady can beat up your dady. If your gonna burn me do it right.

Your fuckin stupid man.

And mr. tough guy (I dont remember your name nor do i care enough), just because someone registers last month, last week, yesterday, doesnt qualify them as a newb...just new to the site. Sites like ZP will have members forever, and i'm sure they appreciate new members as well...I would till u to quite stereotyping, but thats what this particular thread is about...

Short Bartender: What do you want?

Buscemi: Beer

Short Bartender: All I got is piss-warm chango.

Buscemi: That's my brand. Oh, this is damn good! Say, this is the best beer I've ever had. Actually, I'm just glad to be alive right now. I was up a few towns away... you know Saragosa? I was visiting a bar there, not unlike this one. They serve beer... not quite as good as this, but close. And I saw something you wouldn't believe. I'm sitting there see, small table all by myself at this bar. It's full of real low-lives. I mean, not like this place here. No, I mean bad. Like they were up to no good. Anyway, I'm by myself... I like it that way. Meanwhile, things are going on... under the table kinds of things. Not too obvious but, not too secret either. So, I'm sitting there. And in walks the biggest Mexican I have ever seen. Big as shit. Just walks right in like he owns the place. And nobody knew quite what to make of him... or quite what to think. There he was and in he walked. He was dark too. I don't mean dark-skinned. No, this was different. It was if he was always walking in a shadow. I mean every step he took toward the light, just when you thought his face was about to be revealed... it wasn't. It was as if the lights dimmed, just for him.

I assume n00bs come form all 'walks of life'. Not just a few countrys, ie more than a few foreign languages.

I gather they're too n00bish to think of a language of their own. Nevermind, coded.

Infact, the the person holding the zero, of the zeropaid logo, looks remarkably like a n00b. I think I'll ask him. Though he looks too much of n00b, to be quite honest.

I think they should be all lined up against a wall, and be shot.
