> 5MB = Bittorrent or ED2K (ED2K will have more selection, bt is faster)
< 5MB = Gnutella, G2 (Gnutella has more selection, G2 is slightly faster)
I usually end up using bt for software as ED2K (emule) takes too long for a 1GB file.
