Maybe you should take your head out of Jorge's ass for some oxygen. You wouldnt be such a suck up if he wasnt paying you. The members are the site not Jorge. Remember that/

Someone has to be the devil's advocate, I've known and partied with Jorge for years.

But hey I do agree that you do need some more active maintenance of the site, like Krell said, nobody wants a guy just poppin his head in from time to time like an absentee landlord or something.

I dont think its so much a matter of priorities, as it is a matter of respect for the site and the people, the users, who comprise the community. THere needs to be a delegation of authority to one of the mods (HUNTER, he's tried and true red, white and blue)

As an ex military guy, I cannot stress the importance enough of an active chain of command, and the delgation of authority, but hey even with my head up his ass (and in case your wondering it does stink.....ha ha) he doesnt listen to everything I have to say either.......

But hey, maybe its cause of the way I try to spell things out to him.......... http://photos1.blogger.com/img/254/7980/640/ug-05.jpg

this place would be much better without the rep system, it has done nothing but cause problems.

soulxtc I do the best i can, Im far from perfect, but When the site was really screwed up once before, and pretty much only janett999, and I could post we did our best to post and keep the gang entertained. I have a lot of time invested here. As well as a lot of research into what will and wont work. Hell at times modding is a truly strange job.

The rep is a pain in the ass to have to enforce. If it was up to me I disable the comments. At least that would prevent this petty flaming. Set it up so you can see gave you what + or-.

I know, your great, I m just saying we need somebody like you who can have those "godly" powers from Jorge to adress porblems that arise from time to time so we don't have to rely on the delayed response time from Jorge. Like I said nobody likes an absentee landlord and it'd be nice if we could have an active mod in charge so it doesnt seem like this things on auto-pilot all the time, like the news thread for instance, you pointed out who simple it was at another site to plug and drop news unlike here, that kinda stuff should be adressed when Jorge aint around or availahble to do so.

It's cause I don't have my magic hat on.......(puts on oversized green felt wizard hat), there did my magic 10 click on?.....(taps hat with magic hat tapper wand)....Is this thing on?

As a matter of fact I think I'm negative 7000 rep points as of 2 secs ago, wow such love...........................

Nice to see how primal this thread has become.

Anyhow, to get back on topic, we need to get the Members link back. It is virtually impossible to find a member with zero posts at this time.

And for those that wish to contest...you may not want it, but I would like it. It's my business.

Could we please have a much larger font for date of post? So when old threads are bumped we see that right away instead of thinking they are new information?

Very good idea.

So when new versions of wipeout/legendsofaranna (my favorite all time member in my time here) show up, we don't all have to waste time.
