When I open a torrent, a complete directory is made for the files in it on my comp. I have several books and comics torrents that are incomplete, most at 80 or 90 percent. I'd like to at least separate the completed files before I chuck the folders out. The only way to really see which files are complete and which are just dudes is to open Azureus and check in file details. Is there another app that would let me do it without going to azureus (also Azureus has no means of deleting individual files.) I hope I've got my problem across.

yes.. But most likely you have to chunk majority of it out.. They are made into pieces and its rare to download a torrent at 80-90 percent and even have 1 complete file. If you open the torrent up in your client, you should be able to click on torrent details after it checks the hashes and tells you how much is complete. 97-98percent complete torrents may have 5-6 files complete.. but its rare to have over half.

actually, if you keep them in the original folder and find a torrent of what you have.. you can download that torrent and choose the same folder as to save it in to.. and it will do a hash check and download the missing parts.

I download books mostly, some of those torrents have 100-300 books in it, I have a torrent that has about 250 completed books but then lokitorrents ?? closed and I can't find the same torrent so that the folder is lying there on my HD and now I have to click on each zip file to see if its working then copy it to another directory if it is-pretty tedious when you have to keep clicking more than 300 times. And I can't delete it altogether because I know intact files are there. If only there was a software that could analyze the folder amd tell me which were completed and which were not and allowed me to delete the dude files things would be very easy.
