Japanese capable programs

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone could recomend any file-share programs that can handle Japanese language fonts and have a lot of Japanese files available? It doesn't need to be a Japanese program, just compatable with Japanese fonts and having Japanese content available. I had been using WinMX which was great for Japanese, but it went down a short while back (I know there is some way to get back on it, I am currently reading that thread, but I'd also like other alternatives). Thank you very much for any help.
