i work at an amusement park as a ride operator, and we had a 11pm to 2am lockin for a church group of 800+ tonight.
i was assigned to the bumber cars (called the ramrods, CNC talk) and i have a mic at my control station and since the kids were all white and not 60% mexican like usual (im in phoenix arizona, castles is a big attraction of the spanish speakers aparently) i started talkign to the kids.
i asked yes or no questions so i could understand what the hell they were saying while smashing into each other and i asked them if they ever played super mario borthers. i got like a few kids to speak up.
then i asked them if anyone ever played halo.
almost every kid on the 30 cars screamed YES!
then i was like, so whats beter, mario, or halo?
almost every kid fanaticly screamed halo, i even got a few halo 2's.
mind you this is a christian church group of 10 yr olds. i doubt their was a teenager in the bunch.
when i was that old, the most violent thing i ever was allowed to play was duck hunt, and POW for the NES.
